BAI MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 01, S. 2012 REGISTRATION OF VETERINARY BIOLOGICAL PRODUCT ESTABLISHMENTS January 02, 2012

In the interest of the service, you are hereby required to register in the Office of the Director, Bureau of Animal Industry. The registration is in compliance with Republic Act (RA) 1071, An Act to regulate the Sale of Veterinary Biologics and Medicinal Preparations, and Department of Agriculture Administrative Order (DA AO) No. 9 which is the Revised Rules and Regulations Governing the Production, Manufacture, Handling, Sale, Distribution, Shipment, Importation and Exportation of Veterinary Biological Products in the Philippines.

The registration fees for the different veterinary biological product establishments are indicated in the table below:
