CPA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 06 ROLLBACK IN DOMESTIC STEVEDORING RATES FOR CONTAINERIZED CARGOES AT THE PORT OF CEBU December 18, 2012

Per Board Resolution No. 150-2012 of the 6^thCebu Port Commission adopted during its 9^thSpecial Board Meeting on 27 November 2012, there shall be a rollback in domestic cargo handling tariff at the Port of Cebu.

SECTION 1. Coverage of Rollback- Stevedoring rates for domestic containerized cargoes shall be restored to its previous rate or the rate prior to the 20% increase imposed last 16 March 2012. All other cargo types (non-containerized and general cargoes) shall have 20% increase in its stevedoring charges, as indicated in the Annex 1 of CPA Memorandum Circular 01-2012. Revised Domestic Cargo Handling Tariff for the Port of Cebu is attached hereto as Annex A^*.

SECTION 2. Retroactive Application– The rollback of the stevedoring rates of domestic containerized cargoes mentioned in the immediately preceding provision shall be effective 01 September 2012.

SECTION 3. Repealing Clause– All CPA Rules and regulations, polices, guidelines, memoranda or circulars inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed accordingly.

SECTION 4. Effectivity– This Circular shall take effect immediately. For guidance and compliance.
