DAR MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 02 REVISED RATE OF FEES AND CHARGES March 25, 2011

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 197 which provides for an allowable increase of 20% and based on the average inflation rate 5.8% for the eight (8) years (2003-2010), the following rate of fees and charges of the Department is hereby upgraded as follows:

A pauper litigant shall be exempt from the payment of required fess pursuant to Section 21 of Rule 2 and Section 19 Rules of the Court, and Section 13 DAR Memorandum Circular No. 12, Series of 2009(DAR Manual on Legal Assistance)

This circular supersedes DAR MC No. 15, Series of 2000 and takes effect 15 days after its publication
