Effective immediately, theabove-mentioned Memorandum Circularconcerning the submission of CERTIFIED TRUE COPY of documents prior to the issuance of CSR to importers/assemblers, is herebyRECALLED. It is understood that those documents which have been electronically transmitted by the BOC/concerned offices to this Office
shall be subject to the issuance of CSR.
