ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MARINA CIRCULARS
Pursuant to the Memorandum of Honorable Leandro R. Mendoza, Secretary, Department of Transportation and Communications(DOTC) dated February 26, 2010, this Authority hereby ceases, desists and defers the implementation of the Memorandum Circulars pertaining to the following, effective March 1, 2010 to wit:
The above stated Circulars after an exhaustive consultation with the stakeholders shall be the subject of review, modification and amendment by the Technical Working Group composed of stakeholders and DOTC Management and its attached maritime agencies.
