QUEDANCOR-NDA JOINT CIRCULAR NO. 477, S. 2010 AMENDMENT TO COLLECTION SYSTEM GUIDELINES FOR THE DAIRY PROGRAM December 20, 2010

Circular No. 474, series of 2010, is hereby amended with respect to the following:

d. Whenever necessary/applicable, all outstanding loans under the QUEDANCOR-NDA Dairy Program may be subjected to QUEDANCOR’S existing remedial management programs, namely: 1) Account Remediation Program (ARP); 2) Loan Modification Program (LMP); 3) Small Claims Program; and,
4)SRT Collection Framework, to be processed, evaluated and approved by QUEDANCOR Officers based on specifications of authority on remedial
action.

7.1    Functions and Responsibilities

7.1.1    NDA Loan Officer

d.Prepares Monthly Interest Collection Report and submits the same to NDA HO for the preparation of the Consolidated Interest Collection Report for remittance to QUEDANCOR HO.

7.1.6    Head Office

NDA HO shall furnish QUEDANCOR HO copy of theMonthly Consolidated Collection Reportfor collections undertaken by its designated NDA Loan Officers supported by photocopies of Official Receipts (OR) and/or deposit slip.

Likewise, NDA HO shall prepare a Monthly Consolidated Interest Collection Report and remits collections on interest made by NDA Officers to QUEDANCOR HO every 10^thday of the following month.

13.EFFECTIVITY

This amendment shall take effect immediately.
