SRA SUGAR ORDER NO. 7-A, S. OF 2008-2009 AMENDMENT TO SECTION 2 OF SUGAR ORDER NO. 7, SERIES OF 2008-2009 March 20, 2009

WHEREAS, Sugar Order No. 7, Series of 2008-2009 provided the guidelines for the replenishment of “B”-Sugar advance-swapped to “A” or “D” sugar, including the start of the replenishment period;

WHEREAS, the current rate of milling has brought about the accumulation of an adequate volume of “A” and “D” sugar that can replenish the “B” sugar already advance-swapped;

NOW THEREFORE, under and by virtue of the authority vested in the Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA), the following is hereby ordered:

SECTION 1. Amendment to Section 2 of Sugar Order No. 7, Series of 2008-2009. Section 2 of Sugar Order No. 7, Series of 2008-2009 is hereby amended as follows: “The replenishment of the advance-swapped “B” sugar quedans with “A”/”D” sugar quedans of CY 2008-2009 is hereby allowed to commence on March 16, 2009.”

SECTION 2.This Sugar Order takes effect immediately.

SECTION3.All other provisions of Sugar Order No. 7, Series of 2008-2009 remain in full force and effect.
