DELINEATION OF FUNCTIONS IN LAW ENFORCEMENT AND ADJUDICATION OF CASES
In the best interest of the service, the following delineation of functions in law enforcement and adjudication of cases shall be observed in the regional offices:
1. The enforcement of the land transportation rules and regulations shall be handled by the Operations Division, Regional Office; and
2. The adjudication of cases shall be handled by the Office of the Assistant Regional Director.
