LFTRB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2009-001 VOLUNTARY AMNESTY PROGRAM FOR TOURIST BUS SERVICES January 26, 2009

On September 22, 2008, this Board issued Memorandum Circular 2008-018, Re: VOLUNTARY AMNESTY PROGRAM FOR TOURIST BUS SERVICES. In order to give an opportunity to those who/which failed to avail the aforesaid program, this Board hereby amends paragraph C thereof, which shall now read as follows:

“x x x

C) Applicants are given until June 30, 2009 within which to avail of this Memorandum Circular, otherwise, this Board shall no longer accept and entertain any application of the same nature.”

All issuances inconsistent herewith are hereby superseded and amended accordingly.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
