IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS OF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 2008-11 DATED 25 MARCH 2008 ON THE REVISED SCHEDULE OF LTO ADMINISTRATIVE FEES AND CHARGES ON MOTOR VEHICLE/MOTORCYCLE PLATES
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 218 dated 15 March 2000 as implemented by DOF-DBM Joint Circular 2000-2 dated 04 April 2000, the following Schedule of LTO Administrative Fees and Charges on Motor Vehicle/Motorcycle Plates, revising DOTC Department Order No. 93-693, series of 1993 are hereby promulgated for the observance of all concerned:
All other existing fees, penalties and fines not herein listed shall continue to be enforced at the same rate.
All Department Memorandum Orders, Circulars and other Administrative issuances in conflict with this department order are hereby deemed revoked, amended or revise accordingly.
This Memorandum Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days after receipt of copies thereof by the Office of the National Administrative Register (ONAR), UP. Law Cente Diliman, Quezon City and publication thereof in two (2) newspapers of general nationwide circulation .
