REDUCED PORT CHARGES (PORT DUES AND DOCKAGE-AT-BERTH) FOR NON-PROFIT AND NON-COMMERCIAL VESSELS LIKE MV DOULOS
Pursuant to PPA BoardCom Resolution No. 2007-1058 dated February 1, 2007 and the Office of the President’s approval as contained in Executive Secretary Eduardo Ermita’s letter of February 7, 2007, a reduced port charges (port dues and dockage-at- berth) shall be imposed to non-profit and non-commercial vessels such as MV Doulos.
Henceforth, the following scheme of port charges shall be imposed to said vessels:
This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
Adopted: 20 Feb. 2007
Henceforth, the following scheme of port charges shall be imposed to said vessels:
Port Dues | - Php500.00 per call | - Php500.00/day |
Dockage-at-Berth | - first five (5) days | |
- 6thto 10 th day | - 50% of applicable rate | |
- 11thday and thereafter | - 100% of applicable rate |
This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
