CLARIFICATION ON THE RESUMPTION OF THE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED INCREASE IN DOMESTIC PORT CHARGES (USAGE FEE AND WHARFAGE) UNDER PPA MC NO. 17-2006
PPA MC No. 17-2006 was issued to implement the increase in usage fee and domestic wharfage which the PPA voluntarily suspended in 2003.
As there were misinterpretations as to the coverage of the domestic wharfage, it is hereby clarified that the resumed increase in domestic wharfage does not apply to export cargoes.
