AMENDMENT TO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2006-062 DATED 23 AUGUST 2006 [RE: IMPLEMENTATION OF POINT TO POINT EXPRESS SERVICE (P2P) “COLORUM” LEGALIZATION PROGRAM IN CRITICALLY-IDENTIFIED ROUTES IN THE SUPER REGIONS OF CENTRAL PHILIPPINES (REGIONS 5, 6 , 7 & 8) AND MINDANAO (9, 10, 11, 12 & CARAGA)]
After further review and evaluation, the Board hereby amends Memorandum Circular No. 2006-062 with respect to the regions covered by the implementation of the P2P “Colorum” Legalization Program. Accordingly, the program shall now also cover Regions1 and 2, subject to the same terms and conditions contained in Memorandum Circular No. 2006-062.
This Memorandum Circular supersedes any and all issuances inconsistent herewith and shall be effective fifteen (15) days after it publication in a newspaper of general circulation or in the Official Gazette.
