LTO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 656-2005 COLLECTION OF COMPUTER FEE FOR MAIDRS October 11, 2005

Upon the successful completion of the functional and operational testing, Certificates of Acceptance of an IT Facility (CAIFs) were issued for the Manufacturers, Assemblers, Importers and Dealers Reporting System (MAIDRS) module in the Regional Office No. II _ Tuguegarao, Cagayan on August 15, 2005.

Accordingly, pursuant to the LTO Information Technology Project Build-Own-Operate Agreement and the user Acceptance Test (UAT) Plan, you are hereby directed to commence collection of computer fees for the issuance of Certificate of Stock Reported (CSR) for the following modules applicable to your respective sites, as follows:

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect after its publication in three (3) newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.
