SRA CIRCULAR LETTER NO. 40, S. 2004-2005 STOP ORDER May 26, 2005

A Stop Order is hereby imposed on the following sugar quedan-permits of the CY 2004-2005, issued by 17-DON PEDRO, which have been reported lost, viz:

Mill companies, banks, financial institutions and individuals dealing in sugar are hereby warned not to make any transaction on the abovementioned quedan-permits.

Likewise, the Central Azucarera Don Pedro is hereby directed not to make any delivery of the sugar corresponding to the said quedan-permits without prior approval of this Office.
