PPA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 09-2005 COSTS OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS June 21, 2005

Pursuant to Section 17.5 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations, Part A of R.A. No. 9184 and the Manual of Procedures for the Procurement of Infrastructure Projects, the Costs of Bidding Documents to be issued to the prospective and eligible bidders for Infrastructure Projects, exclusive of VAT, are as follows:

2. Above 50M up to P100M	P1,500.00
3. Above P100M up to P150M	P2,000.00
4. Above P150M up to P200M	P2,500.00
5. Above P200M	P3,000.00
B. BIDDING DOCUMENTS
1. Up to P50M	P10,000.00
2. Above 50M up to P100M	P15,000.00
3. Above P100M up to P150M	P20,000.00
4. Above P150M up to P200M	P25,000.00
5. Above P200M	P30,000.00

This Memorandum Circular amends all existing PPA issuances on Costs of Bidding Documents and shall take effect fifteen (15) days after the completion of its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
