NTC MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 03-11-2005A AMENDMENT TO MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 3-11-2005 (RE: GUIDELINES FOR THE REGISTRATION OF VOIP SERVICE PROVIDERS AND RESELLERS) December 05, 2005

In order to provide the public more access to VOIP service, Section No. 7 of Memorandum Order No. 03-11-2005 is hereby amended to read as follows:

7. Only duly registered VOIP service provider shall be allowed to offer VOIP service using "Toll Free" service. Each registered VOIP service provider offering this type of service shall be assigned "Toll Free" access telephone number "1801-xxx-yyyy". Code "yyyy" shall be assigned to duly registered VOIP service providers. Code "xxx" shall be assigned to duly authorized local access network providers as follows:

These guidelines shall take effect immediately.
