This coding guide is hereby issued to facilitate the correct assignments of Relative Value Units (RVU) for the following procedures:

2. High Intensity Focused Ultrasound of the prostate Gland to be coded using:
55801	Prostatectomy, perineal, subtotal (including control of postoperative bleeding, vasectomy, meatotomy, urethral calibration and/or dilation, and internal urethrotomy)	200
3. Clitoroplasty and Vaginal Reconstruction for Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia to be coded using:
57210	Colpoperineorrhaphy, suture of injury of vagina and/or perineum (nonobstetrical)	60

This code, however, should not be interpreted as code for reimbursement of intersex surgeries.
