KKP NOTICE AMENDMENTS TO THE RACING RULES January 16, 2004

Please be informed that the Commission in its meeting held on January 13, 2004, after due deliberation, resolved to amend the following provisions:

Amendment on PR 18 (v) by transferring the corresponding penalties and fines to the Horseowner.

PR 18 - RESPONSIBILITY OF A TRAINER   x          x          x

(v) for giving the wrong racing colors to the jockey.

Amendment by Adding PR 77 (h) and its corresponding penalties and fines.

PR 77 - ACTS AND/OR OMISSIONS BY HORSEOWNERS -        x          x

(h) for allowing the use of the wrong racing colors by the jockey.
