LTFRB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2004-045 SCHEDULE OF CALIBRATION AND RESEALING December 21, 2004

For the information and guidance of all taxi operators authorized to operate within Metro Manila and for a systematic calibration and resealing of taxi meters, the schedule provided hereunder shall be implemented.

a) 1, 2 and 3	First

c) 7 and 8	Third
d) 9 and 0	Fourth

A penalty in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Pesos per week (Php250.00/week) shall be imposed for those who fail to calibrate and reseal their taxi meters as scheduled.

This Memorandum Circular supersedes any and all issuances inconsistent herewith, and takes effect immediately following the filing of three (3) copies hereof with the UP Law Center, pursuant to Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11, dated 09 October 1992.
