PHILPOST ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 04-07 ERRATUM ON ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 04-06 DATED 2 APRIL 2004 RE: REVISED POSTAGE RATES FOR INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE (IEMS) EFFECTIVE 15 APRIL 2004 April 12, 2004
