BFAR ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 214-1, s. 2003 AMENDING SECTION 13 [c] OF FAO 214 March 06, 2003

SECTION 1.Section 13 [c] of Fisheries Administrative Order No. 214, s. 2001, is hereby amended to read as follows: 

"c. The level of primary productivity in inland waters that could support the good growth of planktivorous species like tilapia, carp and milkfish shall not be less than 10gC/m³or 33,000 cells per ml."

SECTION 2. Effectivity— This order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette and/or in two (2) newspapers of general circulation and fifteen (15) days after registration with the Office of the National Administrative Register.
