PPA 10% OUTPUT VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT) ON TRUCKSCALE FEES February 03, 2003

The Weighing Facilities or Truckscale situated at the North Gate of the, Port Of General Santos , Philippine Ports Authority, is classified as port related ancillary services which is subject to Value Added Tax per Executive Order No. 273.

As such, effective immediately, the ten percent (10%) Output Value Added Tax (VAT) will be collected by this Authority on the present or existing Truckscale Fees, as follows:
