INCREASE IN DOMESTIC PORT CHARGES
Pursuant to the Philippine Ports Authority Board Resolution No. 1709 dated 27 April 1998, and the Memorandum from the Office of the President dated January 8, 2001, the domestic port charges are hereby increased as follows
This Circular shall be published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in two (2) newspapers of general circulation and the new rates shall take effect Feb. 25, 2001, Feb 25, 2002, Feb. 25, 2003, Feb. 25, 2004 and Feb 25, 2005.
This amends/supersedes PPA Memorandum Circular No. 07-94 as far as the domestic port charges are concerned.
