UNIFORMITY IN THE COLLECTION OF REVISION OF RECORDS (RR)
It has been observed that some District Offices and Licensing Centers are inconsistent in the collection of Revision of Records (RR).
In this regard, please be informed thatRRis organized as: (a)change name(family name/first name/middle name); (b)change birthday(month/day/year); and (c)change address.
In cases wherein“multiple revisions” are being applied in a single transaction, there should be a single collection of RR.
Example: Plainrenewalof unexpired driver’s license with change name, change birthday, and change address
