MTRCB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 98-12 SUBMISSION OF SYNOPSIS/PROGRAMS DESCRIPTION September 07, 2000

In line with the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations approved by the Board, permits for television programs are now issued for a maximum period of three months, or one season, based on the classification of the sample episode submitted for review.

In this connection, the Board shall now acceptProgram Descriptionsin lieu of a detailed synopsis of the particular episode submitted for review. Such program descriptions orsynopsisshall be attached to the application for review and shall be a pre-condition to the review of the television material applied for.

This Circular amends Memorandum Circular No. 98-06 dated 04 August 1998 and shall take effect immediately.
