NEWLY APPROVED RATES OF ADMINISTRATIVE FEES AND CHARGES
1.0 PURPOSE
This Memorandum Circular is issued pursuant to Executive Order No. 197 dated 13 January 2000 “. . . directing all departments, bureaus, commissions, agencies, offices, and instrumentalities of the national government including government-owned and controlled corporations to increase rates of their fees and charges . . .”
2.0 SCOPE
This Circular shall apply to all ecozone developers, ecozone export enterprises, service enterprises, utilities, facilities, including operators of commercial establishments and transport services, and other entities registered with PEZA.
3.0 SCHEDULE OF REVISED RATES
As approved by the PEZA Board of Directors in its meetings on 03 October 2000 and 11 October 2000, through Resolution Nos. 00-333 and 00-333-A, the following are the new rates of fees and charges to be assessed by PEZA.
A. ANNUAL ADMINISTRATIVE FEE TO ECOZONE DEVELOPER AND OPERATORS
Those with one (1) to five (5) locators

Those with six (6) to ten (10) locators

Those with more than ten (10) locators
1,000,000.00 plus 75,000.00 per locator in excess of ten (10)
