SRA ORDER NO. 9-A AMENDMENT TO SUGAR ORDER NO. 9, SERIES OF 1999-2000, DATED 14 JANUARY 2000 July 11, 2000

WHEREAS, there is a need to amend certain provisions of Sugar Order No. 9, Series of 1999-2000, dated 14 January 2000, to allow the non-affiliated planters' association who are late claimants to collect their share in the P40.00/LKg-Bag Producer's Margin.

NOW, THEREFORE, under and by virtue of the authority vested in the Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA), it is hereby ordered that:

SECTION 1.       Section 2 of Sugar Order No. 9 shall be amended to read as follows:

"Section 2.  The deadline for the submission of claim shall be extended from 14 July 2000 to 14 August 2000."

SECTION 2.       This Order shall take effect immediately.

SECTION 3.       Other provisions of the aforesaid Sugar Order No. 9 shall remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 4.       Provisions of Sugar Orders, Circular Letters, Memoranda and/or rules and regulations contrary to or inconsistent with this Sugar Order are hereby amended, modified or revoked.
