BFAD BUREAU CIRCULAR NO. 6, S. 2000 AUTHENTICATION OF DOCUMENTS August 16, 2000

Effective immediately, only copies of documents issued by BFAD should be authenticated by the Records Section, Administrative Division being the official repository of all BFAD documents.

All other authentication of documents not issued by BFAD but are required to be submitted as supporting papers in the processing of licenses, registrations and other related BFAD transactions should be undertaken by a NOTARY PUBLIC who will certify that each photocopy is a faithful reproduction of the original.
