MTC MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 01, S. 1999 ERRATA TO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 08, SERIES OF 1998 January 25, 1999

The following errata to the Sample Certificates of the above Memorandum Circular are hereby made:

For Sample Certificate No. 1

1. The 15.5 hours practicum is changed to 23.5 hours
2. The “No.” in the lower left hand cover is deleted
3. In the footnote, the 59.5 hours theoretical lecture is changed to 51.5 hours.

For Sample Certificate No. 2:

1. The “No.” in the lower left hand cover is deleted

The above corrections are for the training certificate for the Basic Safety Courses issued by training centers having Memorandum of Agreement with maritime schools.

Attached are the Sample Certificates^*, as corrected.

This Memorandum shall take effect immediately.
