LTO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. BGC-MC-99283 IMPLEMENTATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER BGC-AO 99002 DATED 01 JULY 1999 August 23, 1999

Pursuant to Administrative Order No. BGC-AO-99002 on the Amendment of Administrative Order 89-001 entitled “Issuance of Student Driver’s Permit” all Licensing Center District Office or Extension Offices of the Land Transportation Office are hereby authorized to accept applications and to issue Student Driver’s Permit to all applicantsEXCEPT FOR FOREIGNERS APPLYING FOR STUDENT DRIVER’S PERMIT.

All rules and regulations inconsistent herewith are hereby modified, amended, or suspended.

This Circular takes effect immediately.
