NTC MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2-2-98 EXTENSION OF THE RENEWAL OF THE RADIO STATION LICENSES USING AMATEUR EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE THE AMATEUR SERVICE BAND February 10, 1998

In view of the clamour from the licensees of amateur radio equipment which were permitted to operate in the private network pursuant to NTC MC No. 3-1-95, said licensees may be allowed to renew their licenses for the last time until 31 December 1999.

This Circular shall take effect immediately and all other items in Memorandum Circular No. 3-1-95 shall remain in full force.
