LTFRB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 98-004-A AMENDMENT TO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 98-004 (TOURIST TRANSPORT SERVICE) August 20, 1998

The 3rd paragraph of Memorandum Circular No. 98-004 is hereby amended to read as follows:

“The application for Tourist Transport Service shall invariably be accompanied by, among other requirements, an indorsement from the Department of Tourism (DOT)”

This amendatory Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
