MTRCB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 98-06 SUBMISSION OF PROGRAM SYNOPSIS August 04, 1998

In order to guide the Members of the Board in their review and classification of television materials,we will be requiring the submission of a synopsis for every television show, full-length films, program, or episode submitted for review.The synopsis shall be attached to the application for review and shall be a pre-condition to the review of the television material applied for.

Pluggings and movie trailers for television, however, need not require submission of a synopsis.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
