BOC ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 1-95 AMENDMENT TO CAO 11-91 PROVIDING FOR NEW RATES OF SERVICE, STORAGE AND OTHER CHARGES ON ARTICLES/MERCHANDISE STORED AT CUSTOMS BONDED WAREHOUSES NO. 31, 55, 83, AND 125, OPERATED BY PHILIPPINES SKYLANDERS, INC. PHILIPPINE AIRLINES, PEOPLE'S AIR CARGO WAREHOUSING CO., INC., AND CARGO HAUS, RESPECTIVELY, NAIA COMPLEX May 02, 1995

By authority of Section 608 in relation to Section 1909 of the Tariff and Customs Code of the Philippines, as amended and in line with the Bureau's effort to standardize various charges for operations affecting imported cargoes before actual delivery to the importer/consignee, and taking into account the present economic condition and facilities given by these CBW operators, the service, storage and other charges on articles/merchandise stored at the Philippine Skylanders, Inc., Philippine Airlines, People's Air Cargo Warehousing Co., Inc., and Cargo Haus, all Customs Public Bonded Warehouses shall be governed by the following rules:

Payable by the consignee if cargo is withdrawn during the free storage period:

Cargo Classification

A.Backdoor Release:

All shipments to be released from the warehouse outside of the normal 0800H to 1700H customs release period during weekdays, and anytime during Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

B.Deconsolidation Fee:

A charge designed to compensate the warehouse operator for the extra effort of physically breakbulking and individually checking the consolidated shipment against the consolidated manifest to ensure completeness.

C.Returned Shipment Fee:

Formulated to compensate the warehouse operator for the additional task of rechecking, retaping and restoring the shipment which was originally released from the warehouse for customs examination but was not cleared by the Collector of Customs for some reasons and returned to the warehouse for safekeeping.

All other provisions of CAO 11-91 not otherwise repealed, modified, or amended shall remain in force and effect.

All orders inconsistent herewith are hereby impliedly repealed, or modified.

This order shall take effect upon approval.
