In order to assure the deployment of land-based workers and to avoid instances where overseas Employment Certificates (OECs) are not released and eventually expire due to non-availability of visas, it is hereby ordered thatindividual visa/work permit or equivalent documentbe required for contract processing at the Employment Contract Processing Branch.
