MTRCB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 95-005 APPEALS FOR SECOND REVIEW February 07, 1995

Please be informed that effective immediately appeals for film reclassification should be done within two (2) days after the review. This is to avoid lost documents and papers.

If the Board does not hear from you within the said (2) days, the Permit to Exhibit shall automatically be prepared. Appeals made after this period shall warrant an additional fee of P150.00 to cover cost of another permit.

Please be guided accordingly.
