BOC MEMORANDUM SHIPMENTS CONSIGNED TO TIAN YONG CHIN TRADING AND SSS BENDAMS ENTERPRISES August 18, 1995

Effective immediately, all shipments consigned to Tian Yong Chin Trading and SSS Bendams Enterprises, whether they are already in the port or are due to arrive are placed onhold order.

Any releases shall first be cleared from the Office of the Commissioner.
