SERVICE CHARGES, MONITORING PERMIT AND LABORATORY ANALYSIS FEES, ETC. IN SRA

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 159 dated February 23, 1994 of the Office of the President under and by virtue of the powers vested in the Sugar Regulatory Administration, it is hereby ordered that:

SECTION 1.The following new and increased Service Charges, Monitoring, Permit and Laboratory Analysis Fees, Subscription, Sale of HYV, Canepoints, Etc., shall be imposed and collected:

1.Registration/Renewal Fee

a. Sugar/Molasses Trader	P1,750 per application

b. Sugar-Based Products For Export	P500 per application

c. Muscovado Converter	P500 per application

2.Clearance Fee

a. Export of Sugar	P9 per MT

b. Export of Molasses	P0.75 per MT

c. Export of Muscovado	P400 per MT

3.Swapping/Exchange/Surcharge Fee

a. Regular Swapping	P0.40 per Lkg.

b. Advance Swapping	P0.75 per Lkg.

c. Sugar-Based Products for Export	P0.50 per Lkg.

d. Advance Refining of "C" Sugar	P2.00 per Lkg.

4.Monitoring/Service Fee

a. From Raw to Refined	P1.20 per Lkg.

b. From Raw to Washed, Improved Raw, Blanco Directo, etc.	P1.00 per Lkg.

5.Milling and Shipping Permits

SECTION 2. Service Charges— Clearance and Swapping Fees, etc. imposed under this Order shall cover sugar produced during Crop Year 1994-1995 and all balances of previous Crop Years.

SECTION 3.All other Charges and Fees currently being charged and collected and not covered by this Order shall continue to be collected.

SECTION 4.This Order shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following the completion of its publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in two newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.
