EXCLUSION OF "COAL IN BULK" FROM THE TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT (25%) ADDITIONAL CHARGES ON "DANGEROUS CARGO"
Pursuant to MEC Resolution No. 83-93 "Coal in Bulk" is hereby excluded from the additional twenty-five percent (25%) charges on "Dangerous Cargo", provided cargo handling operations (loading/unloading) are done on board the LCTs.
Accordingly, this Order hereby modifies PPA Administrative Order No. 02-89 dated 14 August 1989 which is entitled "Cargo Handling Rate for Dangerous/Obnoxious Cargoes".
This exclusion shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
