AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER IX OF VRB's REVISED RULES AND REGULATIONS
Please be informed that pursuant to Board Resolution Nos. 92-07-12 and 92-07-13, Sec. 21, Chapter IX of VRB’s Revised Rules and Regulations had been amended to include in its list of grave violations the hereunder quoted provisions:
14. Displaying only the sleeves, covers or packaging of the videograms, without the videogram, except when such carry the prescribed labels/authorization of the Board.
15. Refusal of a video proprietor/owner to submit his/her establishment to inspection as required under Sec. 20, Chapter VIII of VRB’s Revised Rules and Regulations.
