CERTIFICATION FEE FOR REPLACEMENT OF LOST DRIVER’S LICENSE
Effective immediately, the License section shall no longer collect the certification fee for every certification issued for purposes of replacing a lost driver’s license.
It shall be the responsibility of the Licensing Center and/or District Office to collect Ten Pesos (P10.00) certification fee in addition to other collection so required from the licensee. The certification issued shall be consideredINVALIDshould the Licensing Center and/or District Office fail to collect the certification fee.
