DPWH DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 120 SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF A.C. CRUZ CONSTRUCTION, ET. AL. August 21, 1992

As administrative sanction for contract violations culiminating in the rescission of their contracts by the Regional Director, DPWH Region I, the Contractors listed hereunder are hereby suspended/blacklisted in the DPWH and its line agencies, to wit:

All concerned are also strictly enjoined not to release any sum of money to the aforenamed contractor unless and until they show proof/s that they have settled their liabilities stipulated in Clause 100 of the DPWH Standard Specifications 1988 and Section 3 of Presidential Decree 1870.
