DPWH DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 43 SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF GENERAL AVIATION SUPPLIES TRADING INC. April 06, 1992

In view of the refusal or failure of General Aviation Supplies Trading, Inc. to replace the defective KR-87 Digital ADF Navigational System supplied and installed at the DPWH Helicopter under Purchase order No. US-3077-91 despite due notice to deliver and the lapse of considerable time, the aforementioned firm and its officers/stockholders are suspended/blacklisted from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract in the DPWH and it’s line agencies.
