DOJ DEPARTMENT CIRCULAR NO. 21 FURTHER AMENDMENT OF DEPARTMENT CIRCULAR NO. 4 DATED 15 JANUARY 1991, AS AMENDED BY DEPARTMENT CIRCULAR NO. 12 DATED 25 FEBRUARY 1991 June 10, 1991

Section 1 of Department Circular No. 4 dated 15 January 1991 is hereby amended to read, as follows:

"1. National prisoners in Regions X and XI,except those from the Province of Misamis Occidental and the Cities of Oroquieta, Ozamis and Tangub— to be committed to the Davao Prison and Penal Farm at Panabo, Davao del Norte."

It is understood that subsection (b), Section 5 of Department Circular No. 4 shall apply to the national male prisoners from the Province of Misamis Occidental and the Cities of Oroquieta, Ozamis and Tangub.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
