NTC MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 10-18-90A AMENDMENT TO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 10-18-90 RE: RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING PUBLIC REPEATER NETWORK SERVICES IN THE PHILIPPINES July 31, 1991

There is hereby added to Section 3.2 onScope of Authorizationthe following Paragraph to be numbered 3.2.3 and shall read as follows:

“3.2.3  Subscriber fixed/base station may be authorized provided that there shall be no extension or expansion of the coverage area as defined in the Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) issued by the Commission to the Public Repeater Networks System Operator.”

This amendment forms part of Memorandum Circular No. 10-18-90 and henceforth, the national Telecommunications Commission is hereby authorized to revise or amend the same in the interest of public service.

This amendment takes effect immediately.
