REVISED SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES



Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 121, s. 1990 of the President of the Philippines, Section 54, Chapter 12, Book IV of Executive Order No. 292 (Administrative Code of 1987), Batas Pambansa Blg. 325, and the General Provisions of the General Appropriations Acts, the Maritime Industry Board approved on 30 April 1991 the Management recommendation on a revised schedule of fees and charges listed in ANNEX "A", (below) which shall be imposed and collected by the Maritime Industry Authority.

This Circular shall take effect 15 days after its last publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in two (2) newspapers of general circulation.
