ADDING A REPEALING CLAUSE TO DAO NO. 78, DATED SEPTEMBER 19, 1990
In order to effectuate an express repeal of DAO No. 23 dated March 27, 1989 providing the previous regulations on the issuance of Timber Production Sharing Agreement (TPSA), the following provision is added to DAO No. 78, to read as follows:
"Sec. 36. Repealing Clause. DENR Administrative Order No. 23, dated March 27, 1989, is hereby repealed accordingly."
This Order shall take effect immediately.
