DPWH DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 104 BLACKLISTED CONTRACTORS AT LWUA May 02, 1990

In view of their indefinite ban/suspension in the Local Water Utilities Administration due to contract violations, the following contractors and their officers/stock-holders are likewise suspended/blacklisted from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract with the Department, to wit:

1.       New Sampaguita Builders Construction, Inc.

2.       Marosa Enterprises, Inc.

3.       Marla Construction, Inc.

4.       Triad Construction and Development, Inc.

5.       J. H. Pajara Construction Corporation
