DPWH DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 89 SUSPENDING/BLACKLISTING SUNBIRD EQUIPMENT CENTER, INCORPORATED April 10, 1990

As penalty to Sunbird Equipment Center, Inc. for its failure and or refusal to comply with the terms and conditions of Purchase Order No. BOE-0456-89 dated April 13, 1989, without valid cause, the said Sunbird Equipment Center, Incorporated and its officer/stockholders are suspended/blacklisted from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract with the Department and its line agencies for a period of one (1) year effective February 16, 1990.
